Designing an LGBTQ ERG Strategy

An ERG strategy should be designed around: 

  1. The needs of the most marginalized within the LGBTQ community (the outcomes that Black Trans Women, for example, are looking for)
  2. Alignment with the organization’s broader DEI strategic plan (the outcomes DEI and HR leaders are looking for)
  3. Alignment with the organization’s broader strategic plan (the  outcomes senior level leaders are looking for)
