Employees at plant locations may ~think~ that they don’t know any LGBTQ people, but they likely do

Corporate HR and DEI leaders should investigate unconscious bias about working class, blue collar workers. Ex. “They’re all ignorant, Republican, etc.”

At plant locations in smaller towns, employees may have closer personal relationships because they already know each other outside of work
